Paul Luther was born in Lafayette, Indiana and grew up in Jeffersonville, Indiana.       A 1977 graduate of Purdue University, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering – Environmental Major and Hydraulics Minor.     He has an MBA from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.    He was a U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer where he swore an oath to “Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States.”   This website is an attempt to remain truthful to that oath.
